Reiki is an ancient form of touch therapy. The National Institute of Health classifies Reiki as “biofield therapy” or “energy medicine.” Researchers have documented dramatic results from this simple and fast healing modality. Reiki is one of the fastest growing complementary modalities in the world. When the flow of the “Life Force Energy” is disrupted, weakened, or blocked, emotional or health problems tend to occur. When we are relaxed and stress-free, we are able to restore our natural ability to heal. Long term practice of whole-body Reiki will restore the general condition of the body. It will open the energy channels and this will allow the body to deal properly and naturally with stress and built-up toxins and to cope with anxiety and depression. Extensive research has shown Reiki to provide excellent support for virtually any medical problem. And for healthy individuals, regular Reiki treatments are wonderful preventive therapy because Reiki helps keep the body in a relaxed, and therefore healthier, state.

What to expect for a Reiki session
During a 60-minute Reiki treatment, you will lie down fully clothed on a massage table. Incorporated in your Reiki treatment will be the use of essential oils and crystals. Since Reiki focuses on the subtle body and energy blockages, there is no manipulation of muscle or tissue. Through a master level certification and a series of attunements I have become a conduit for energy flow. I will gently place my hands on areas along the endocrine system, major organs, and the chakras, on the front and back of the body. Special emphasis is determined by the focus of the treatment. Both during and after the session it is normal too feel warmth. After the session you will be asked to a take a few minutes to re-awaken to your surroundings. Clients generally feel a sense of deep relaxation, peace, calmness, and increased awareness.
60-minute Reiki Session – $85.00 or $200.00 for 3 Sessions.
75-minute Reiki Session – $125.00 or $300.00 for 3 Sessions.
Yoga Therapy for Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, Peace of Mind & Clarity
There are numerous mind-body benefits of yoga. Yoga calms the mind, reduces stress, increases body awareness, boosts self-confidence, and brings emotional and physical balance. During a yoga therapy session there will be twenty minutes of customized yoga followed by a 30-minute counseling session focused on processing thoughts and emotions. If this is not enough time to meet your needs, a separate 50-minute individual counseling session can be scheduled during the same week or a 75-minute yoga therapy session can be scheduled.

Private Yoga Lesson for Beginners
For beginners to yoga or individuals looking to deepen their practice. Each session is tailored to the individuals needs. Styles taught are Hatha, Vinyasa. Included is Pranayama (breathing exercises).

Ayurveda Mind, Body, Spirit Lifestyle Program
4 Week Mind, Body, Spirit Program for Individuals and Couples
Ayurveda is an ancient medical system that teaches strategies including diet, lifestyle practices, environment choices, and stress reduction to prevent diseases and to maintain our health. Ayurveda is based upon individuality. There are three primary types, called Doshas, that form seven different mind and body constitutions.
During the Mind, Body, Spirit Program, after identifying your Dosha, we will systematically work through a tailored plan based upon individual needs. Each week will build upon the previous week focusing on diet, lifestyle practices (routines), yoga, pranayama, and meditation giving you the skills and tools to successfully live an Ayurvedic Lifestyle. Coaching and Counselling are an integral part of the program.
